Biography Text: Dr. Testori is the Head of the Section of Implant Dentistry and Oral Rehabilitation at IRCCS Galeazzi Hospital, University of Milano, Italy. He is the Founder and Scientific Director of the Lake Como Institute, Academy of Osseointegration (AO) Approved Training Provider. In the US, he is Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Michigan's School of Dentistry and a Visiting Assistant Professor at Harvard University's School of Dental Medicine. He is a Diplomate of the Academy of Osseointegration and past President of the Italian Academy of Osseointegration in 2017-2018. He is a prolific author and researcher, having published over 176 peer-reviewed articles, authored three books on Implantology, and contributed to 13 chapters in international textbooks. His contributions to the field have been recognized with the William R. Laney Award for the best article published in the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants in 2007.
